Lymphatic Home exercise program
Victoria provides individualized lymphatic home exercise programs. She empowers her clients with a lymphatic stimulatory home program and progresses the exercises as her clients demonstrate mastery of each prescribed lymphatic exercise.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Stay Strong Therapies provides evidence-based, gold standard manual lymphatic drainage, based on the Vodder Method. We believe in treating the body as a whole.
Modalities
Kinesiology taping can be beneficial in the treatment of acute and chronic swelling conditions for lymphatic drainage facilitation as well as for scar management.
Combined Decongestive Treatment
Phase 1 of Complete Decongestive Therapy: A combination of gold standard manual lymphatic drainage with application of decongestive multi-layer bandages with varying foams or adjustable decongestive garments to the involved area.
*Bandaging supplies/adjustable decongestive garments are not included in the CDT fee. Victoria and the client will discuss specific supplies needed during initial consultation.
Compression THerapy Solutions
Whether you need custom compression, ready-to-wear compression, post-surgical compression garments or decongestive garments, Stay Strong Therapies has you covered! Education
Knowledge is power! Let’s face it, the lymphatic system is a complicated system to understand. Victoria provides diagrams, pictures and education, helping her clients understand the lymphatic system as it relates to their bodies and conditions.
It is important to understand that lymphatic treatment does not “cure” these conditions; however, can provide comfort and relief to symptoms. Victoria assesses each person by developing an understanding of the individual’s medical history, symptoms, and functional challenges and develops a solution-oriented plan of care. Victoria Magnan has been a practicing Occupational Therapist for over 30 years and has dedicated her career to the specialized treatment of acute and chronic swelling disorders. She founded Stay Strong Therapies, LLC, in 2009, providing evidence-based lymphatic treatment. Her extensive training and experience as a LANA (Lymphology Association of North America) certified lymphedema therapist afforded her to develop a comprehensive lymphedema treatment model within the combined wound and vascular clinical setting. Certified as a compression fitter, kinesiotaping practitioner and Healthy Steps instructor, Victoria provides clients with an integrated treatment experience.
