What are my payment options?

Payment for treatment is the sole responsibility of the client. SST does not bill insurance or communicate with outside agencies for the purpose of payment. SST is an out-of-network provider for every insurance company. Because of this, we are able to provide the best care plan for you. All pricing is disclosed before service is provided so you will never receive an unexpected bill. Upon request, a super bill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company.

We accept credit card (3% Fee) , check or cash as payment.

Do I need a prescription/order for occupational therapy, specializing in lymphedema services?

Wisconsin law does not require a referral from a physician.

What happens if i am unable to make my appointment?

If you are aware of changes in your schedule, please let us know at least 2 days in advance. Fees for no-show and cancellation less than 24-hour notice are based on the length of treatment reserved. A minimum of $75 will be charged.

How should I prepare for my initial consult?

Fill out the intake form emailed to you and bring it to your initial visit.. Bring loose-fitting shorts and t-shirt to the initial consultation.

How should I expect to feel after receiving a manual lymphatic drainage treatment?

No two individuals react the same way after MLD. Some report fatigue and mild flu-like symptoms.  Common reports include an energy boost, increased urination, and a feeling of lightness in the body/legs.
